Is Arthritis Running your Life?

No Comments on Is Arthritis Running your Life?

Arthritis is a common inflammatory condition that affects millions of people worldwide, causing pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility in the joints. While conventional treatments like medications and surgery can offer relief, many individuals are turning to natural solutions to manage their arthritis symptoms effectively and holistically.

One crucial factor in arthritis management that is gaining attention in the medical community is the gut microbiome. Research has shown that the bacteria living in our intestines play a significant role in modulating inflammation and immune responses in the body.

An imbalance in the gut microbiome, known as dysbiosis, has been linked to various inflammatory conditions, including arthritis.

To support a healthy gut microbiome and reduce inflammation in the body, incorporating probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and kimchi into your diet is essential. These foods contain beneficial strains of bacteria that can help restore balance to the gut and improve overall gut health.

Additionally, prebiotic foods like garlic, onions, leeks, and asparagus can provide nourishment for the beneficial bacteria in the gut, promoting a healthy microbiome.

In addition to focusing on gut health, nutrition plays a vital role in managing arthritis symptoms. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats can provide the essential nutrients your body needs to support joint health and reduce inflammation.

Avoiding processed and inflammatory foods like sugary drinks, refined grains, deep-fried foods, and red meat can also help reduce inflammation in the body and support overall joint health. Instead, opt for whole, nutrient-dense foods that can nourish your body and promote optimal wellness.

Lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a healthy weight, staying active, and managing stress, can also play a significant role in arthritis management. Excess weight puts added pressure on the joints, leading to increased pain and stiffness. Regular exercise, such as walking, swimming, yoga, or tai chi, can help strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and reduce joint pain. Managing stress through mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga can also help reduce inflammation in the body and improve overall well-being. Stress has been linked to increased inflammation in the body, which can exacerbate arthritis symptoms.

Finding healthy ways to cope with stress can not only benefit your mental health but also support your physical health and arthritis management. In addition to diet, lifestyle, and stress management, incorporating supplements and alternative therapies into your arthritis management plan can provide additional support. Fish oil supplements containing omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce inflammation and alleviate arthritis symptoms in some individuals. Glucosamine and chondroitin supplements can help support joint health and reduce pain and stiffness in those with arthritis.

Far infrared treatment is an alternative therapy that has gained popularity in recent years for its potential benefits in managing arthritis symptoms. Far infrared therapy uses infrared light to penetrate deeply into the tissues, helping to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain in the joints.

Some studies have shown that far infrared treatment can improve joint flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life for individuals with arthritis.

While natural solutions like gut health, nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements, and alternative therapies can offer effective support for arthritis management, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your treatment plan. Your healthcare provider can help guide you in incorporating natural methods into your arthritis management plan safely and effectively.

Taking a holistic approach to arthritis management by addressing gut health, nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and alternative therapies can empower you to take control of your arthritis symptoms naturally and improve your quality of life. By making mindful choices that support your overall health and well-being, you can reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and enhance your joint health for a more active and fulfilling life

Is your Ancestral Past Sabotaging your Future?

Are you suffering from chronic health issues that don’t get better?  Genetic changes stemming from the trauma suffered by Holocaust survivors are capable of being passed on to their children, the clearest sign yet that one person’s life experience can affect subsequent generations. The conclusion from a research team at New York’s Mount Sinai hospital led by Rachel Yehuda stems from the genetic study of 32 Jewish men and women who had either been interned in a Nazi concentration camp, witnessed or experienced torture or who had had to hide during the second world war.

They also analysed the genes of their children, who are known to have increased likelihood of stress disorders, and compared the results with Jewish families who were living outside of Europe during the war. “The gene changes in the children could only be attributed to Holocaust exposure in the parents,” said Yehuda.

After 20 years of research and more than 100,000 patient visits, Dr Sundardas discovered that healthy and successful people have certain subconscious programs that others did not have.

He will show you in this 2-hour session:

1) What are the subconscious programmes that run your life?

2) What are the requisite programmes, to be healthy and successful?

3) Help you find out if you have these programmes?

4) Show you what you can do to change your limiting programmes if you don’t have the positive ones.

5) Learn about those who changed the memory of the ancestral past and sky rocketed their way to success.

Are Ancestral Wounds Blocking your Success?

No Comments on Are Ancestral Wounds Blocking your Success?

According to the new insights of behavioral epigenetics, traumatic experiences in our past, or in our recent ancestors’ past, leave molecular scars adhering to our DNA. Jews whose great-grandparents were chased from their Russian shtetls; Chinese whose grandparents lived through the ravages of the Cultural Revolution; young immigrants from Africa whose parents survived massacres; adults of every ethnicity who grew up with alcoholic or abusive parents — all carry with them more than just memories.

Like silt deposited on the cogs of a finely tuned machine after the seawater of a tsunami recedes, our experiences, and those of our forebears, are never gone, even if they have been forgotten. They become a part of us, a molecular residue holding fast to our genetic scaffolding. The DNA remains the same, but psychological and behavioral tendencies are inherited. You might have inherited not just your grandmother’s knobby knees, but also her predisposition toward depression caused by the neglect she suffered as a newborn.

After 20 years of research and more than 100,000 patient visits, Dr Sundardas discovered that healthy and successful people have certain subconscious programmes that others did not have.

Do you have Fatty Liver?

No Comments on Do you have Fatty Liver?

Our liver plays a crucial role in detoxifying our bodies and keeping us healthy. It acts as a filter, processing everything we ingest, including toxins, medications, and alcohol. Your liver is also a big player in your metabolism. Its acts as a temporary “storage tank” for excess carbohydrates, so that your blood sugar stays stable even if you don’t eat for a long period of time.

The liver has a sophisticated system of detoxification pathways that help break down and eliminate these harmful substances, ensuring our bodies can function optimally. However, when these pathways become overwhelmed or compromised, it can lead to serious health issues, such as fatty liver disease.

Fatty liver has also been implicated in dementia and accelerated brain ageing.

Fatty liver disease is a condition characterised by an accumulation of fat in the liver cells. This can be caused by various factors, including excessive consumption, poor diet, obesity, diabetes, and certain medications.

Over time, fatty liver disease can progress to more severe conditions, such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), which can increase the risk of liver cancer.

The correlation between fatty liver disease and the development of cancer is well-documented. Research has shown that individuals with NAFLD or NASH have a higher risk of developing liver cancer compared to those with a healthy liver.

This highlights the importance of supporting our liver health and taking steps to prevent fatty liver disease from progressing to more serious conditions.

An imbalance in the gut microbiome, known as dysbiosis, has been linked to various inflammatory conditions, including fatty liver.

One of the key ways we can support our liver health is by making conscious choices about the foods we eat. Ultra-processed foods, which are high in refined sugars, unhealthy fats, and additives, can contribute to the development of fatty liver disease.

These foods often lack essential nutrients and contain harmful substances that can place a burden on our liver’s detoxification pathways.

To spot ultra-processed foods, check the list of ingredients. If there are a lot of chemical names that are hard to pronounce, it’s heavily processed. And that means the liver has to process these additives and preservatives on top of the sugar, salt, and fat that’s in the food. Eating too many ultra-processed foods is linked to fat buildup in the liver.

To identify ultra-processed foods that may be harming our liver health, we can look for ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. These ingredients are often found in packaged snacks, fast food, sugary beverages, and processed meats.

By avoiding these products and opting for whole, nutrient-dense foods instead, we can support our liver’s detoxification process and reduce the risk of fatty liver disease.

In addition to making healthier food choices, there are other lifestyle changes we can incorporate to support our liver health. Regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, staying hydrated, and limiting alcohol consumption are all important factors in keeping our liver functioning optimally.

Getting regular check-ups and monitoring our liver health through blood tests can also help detect any early signs of liver damage.

By taking a proactive approach to our liver health, we can reduce the risk of developing fatty liver disease and lower the chances of developing liver cancer. Making small changes to our diet and lifestyle can have a big impact on our overall health and well-being. So, let's make informed choices about the foods we eat, prioritize our liver health, and take steps towards a healthier and happier future. Your liver will thank you for it!

We are now offering an AI powered Gut Microbiome test which can be invaluable for helping to assess fatty liver issues.

Freeing Yourself from Early Family Programming

Are chronic health issues weighing you down, with no lasting solution in sight? Research shows that trauma, including the experiences of Holocaust survivors, can cause genetic changes that affect not only the survivors but also their children. These changes, known as “epigenetic inheritance,” can lead to increased stress and health disorders in the next generation.

Dr. Rachel Yehuda’s groundbreaking study at Mount Sinai found that the trauma experienced by Holocaust survivors was passed down to their children, affecting their genes and contributing to stress-related conditions. But the good news is, you can take control.

Dr. Sundardas, after 20 years of research and over 100,000 patient visits, has uncovered key subconscious programs that differentiate those who are healthy and successful from others.

He will show you in this 2-hour session:

You can break free from these limiting patterns, too. Here’s how:

  1. Identify the subconscious programmes shaping your life.
  2. Learn the programmes needed for health and success.
  3. Discover if these programmes are impacting you.
  4. Take steps to change limiting programmes.
  5. Hear success stories of people who transformed their lives by changing their family patterns.

Are you ready to unlock your potential and achieve lasting health and success?

Let’s begin this journey together.
